For your convenience our dental office in Fairfax, VA, accepts all major credit cards, checks, and cash. We also participate with Care Credit to help those patients who desire a payment plan. Applications for this plan can be processed in our office or can be completed online for your convenience at www.carecredit.com.

Payment is due at the time service is rendered. Although we are not a participating practice with any insurance companies, we will gladly take care of the paperwork needed to file your primary insurance claims for the services rendered and handle all supporting information needed to process your claims expediently.

After careful consideration of the results of your examination and radiographic survey, your treatment plan will be based solely on what is best for your periodontal situation. This may or may not necessarily be what is covered under your dental insurance plan. We will however, do our best to help you maximize your dental benefits.

Please bring your insurance card and any necessary information to file your claims with you to your first visit at our Fairfax, VA, office and we will keep that information on file for future processing.
